How much is delivery?

For UK delivery, the cost is £3.99.

For US and International delivery, the cost is  £14.99 . Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying any taxes and custom duties in their country.

For Europe, at the moment shipping to Europe is on hold, but will hopefully resume very soon.

 

How long does delivery take?

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within two to three days and will be sent via a tracked service. 

Once dispatched, for UK, it is estimated to be delivered within 2-5 working days.

For the US and International, it's estimated to be delivered within 14 working days.

 

My order hasn't arrived?

For the UK, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. If it has past 10 days, please contact us at info@goldengarnet.com

For International and US customers, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. If you haven't received anything after 15 days, please contact us at info@goldengarnet.com

 

Can I get a refund?

Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately, we are not taking any custom orders at the moment, but it is something we will be considering in the near future.

 

Why is there a limited quantity of products?

Every single item at Golden Garnet has been meticulously handcrafted. Some products take longer to make, especially intricate pieces, therefore they are made in limited quantities. We will try our very best to produce more products should they go out of stock, but this is not guaranteed as it fully depends on the availability of materials at the time. If there is something that catches your eye, it's best to purchase as soon as possible to lessen the risk of it being sold out.
