Refund policy

For any reason, if you are not happy with your purchase, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any items displaying damage due to a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty and will not be eligible for a refund.  

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns for earrings.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is damaged,  the customer is responsible for paying the full return delivery charge as well as obtaining proof of postage. 

Golden Garnet will not be held responsible for any items returned to us without proof of postage or shipping. 

Any items returned after the 14 day window may not be eligible for a full refund.

Your return should be sent back via Royal Mail or an insured courier service of you choice. As already mentioned, it is the customers responsibility to obtain proof of postage/shipping and to retain any tracking information. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns for earrings.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will contact you as soon as we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
