Our Lady Of Fátima Rainbow Rosary

This exquisite large Rosary features dazzling rainbow glass beads that capture and reflect light beautifully. Crafted with care using gold plated wire and chain, it is complemented by an intricately detailed gold plated crucifix and a lovely gold plated centre medal honouring Our Lady of Fátima. The approximate length is 51cm.

Our Lady of Fátima is a revered title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary, stemming from a series of reported apparitions in 1917 to three young shepherd children—Lúcia Santos and her cousins, Jacinta and Francisco Marto—in Fátima, Portugal.

During these encounters, Mary referred to herself as the "Lady of the Rosary" and emphasised the importance of prayer, penance, and devotion to the Rosary.

Today, Our Lady of Fátima continues to be a focal point of Catholic devotion and pilgrimage. The Shrine of Fátima, situated where the apparitions took place, is one of the largest and most visited Marian shrines in the world.

The Rosary is a set of prayer beads, used to meditate on the mysteries from the life of Jesus and Mary. It came into existence in the year 1208, where it is believed that the Virgin Mary appeared to St. Dominic and presented it to him. The rosary is looked at as being a source of grace and spiritual protection.
