St. Benedict Olive Wood Rosary

This distinguished Rosary has been handcrafted using Italian Olive Wood, linked by silver-plated wire and chain. It features a finely detailed silver-plated crucifix and is centred with a St. Benedict medal, which is a sacramental in the Church. 

It measures approximately 50cm in length.

The Rosary is a set of prayer beads, used to meditate on the mysteries from the life of Jesus and Mary. It came into existence in the year 1208, where it is believed that the Virgin Mary appeared to St. Dominic and presented it to him. The Rosary is looked at as being a source of grace and spiritual protection.
